VOICE PERFORMANCE LICENCE

1. What this covers

This licence applies only if we cast you. Submitting an audition does not grant us any rights beyond reviewing your recording and contacting you about it, and does not oblige us to cast you.

If you are cast, we will send you a countersigned copy of this document with your fee filled in. No voice model is created before that is signed by both of us.

2. What you are agreeing to — the part that matters

We will create a synthetic model of your voice and use it to generate speech automatically. That means:

• Your voice will say lines you never recorded, written by software, in real time, in response to what players say.
• You will not hear or approve each line before it is spoken to a player. That is not something we can offer in a live system.
• The show is about alliances, betrayal, arguments and elimination. Your character will be manipulative, cruel or dishonest, because that is the genre.

If you are not comfortable with all three of those, do not audition. We would rather lose your submission than surprise you later.

3. What we may do with it

• Generate dialogue for your character inside Mansion of Mayhem and its sibling shows on the same engine.
• Use recordings of that dialogue in trailers, App Store material, social posts and press about the game.
• Keep and serve audio already generated, including in episodes and clips already published.

4. What we will never do

These are prohibitions on us, and they survive termination.

• No political use. Never for campaigns, candidates, ballot measures or advocacy.
• No outside advertising. Never to endorse a product or service other than the game itself.
• No resale. We will not sell, licence or transfer your voice model to another company as a standalone asset, and we will not publish it to any public voice library.
• No impersonation of you. We will not present the voice as you personally speaking, or as your personal opinion, outside the character.
• No sexual content. Never in sexually explicit material.
• No training of general models. Your recordings will not be used to train a general-purpose voice model that outlives this licence.

5. You can withdraw

You may revoke this licence at any time, for any reason, by emailing us. You do not need to justify it.

• We stop generating new audio with your voice within 30 days.
• We delete the voice model and your source recordings within 90 days.
• Audio already generated may persist.Cached lines sit inside published episodes and on players’ devices, and we cannot recall those. We remove what we control at the next release. We are telling you this plainly because a promise to erase every trace would not be one we could keep.
• Your fee is yours. Withdrawing does not oblige you to repay it.

6. Money and credit

• Your fee is agreed in writing before any cloning happens. There is no unpaid casting.
• You keep a permanent on-screen credit as the voice of your character.
• You may use your work in your own reel, portfolio and applications, including commercially.
• This licence is non-exclusive. Your voice remains yours to use anywhere else, including for our competitors.

7. What you are promising us

• You are 18 or older.
• The recording is your own natural voice, performed by you.
• It is not an impression of, and not trained on, a real identifiable person, living or dead.
• You are free to grant this — no union, agency or existing contract prevents it.

8. Your data

Your recording and details are stored privately and are not public. We keep a record of which version of this licence you accepted, and when, because that record is the basis on which we are permitted to use your voice at all.

If you are not cast, we delete your audition within 12 months. You can ask us to delete it sooner and we will.

9. Changes

If we revise this licence we issue a new version number. A new version never applies backwards — you are bound only by the version you accepted, and we hold a copy of it.
