Content Rights & Consent Agreement

1. Grant of Rights
By creating a FaceCast and participating in Mansion Mayhem, you grant ImmersiVerse OS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-bearing license to:
- Use your photographic likeness to generate AI-created video content
- Use your voice recordings to create audio for generated content
- Display, distribute, and monetize content featuring your digital representation
- Promote and market the platform using content you appear in
- Sublicense content to streaming platforms and distribution partners
2. What You Retain
- Ownership: You retain full ownership of your original photographs and voice recordings
- Control: You control your FaceCast data and can revoke consent at any time
- Revenue: You receive revenue share from content featuring your likeness
- Approval: You can request removal of specific content through moderation
3. What We Receive
- Generated Content: Mansion Mayhem owns AI-generated video episodes
- Platform Rights: Right to host, distribute, and monetize content globally
- Derivative Works: Right to create promotional materials, trailers, compilations
- Technology: All AI models, algorithms, and platform IP remain our property
4. Usage Rights in Detail
4.1 Video Generation
Your FaceCast will be used with AI video generation technology (such as OpenAI's Sora) to create video scenes where your digital likeness appears to perform actions, speak dialogue, and interact with other characters based on your gameplay decisions.
4.2 Voice Synthesis
Your voice sample may be used with AI voice synthesis technology (such as ElevenLabs) to generate speech in your voice for scenario responses and dialogue in generated content.
4.3 Distribution
Content featuring you may be distributed through: our platform, social media, streaming services, partner platforms, promotional materials, and any future distribution channels we develop.
5. Revenue Sharing
5.1 How You Earn
- Screen Time: Proportional to seconds you appear in episodes
- Ad Revenue: Share of advertising revenue (60% to participants, 40% to platform)
- Tips & Donations: Direct contributions from viewers (85% to you, 15% platform fee)
- Subscription Revenue: Share of premium subscriber fees
- Brand Partnerships: Sponsored content opportunities
- Engagement Bonuses: Extra earnings for viral moments and high engagement
5.2 Payment Terms
- Monthly payout cycle (1st of each month for prior month)
- Minimum payout: $50
- Payment via Stripe to your linked account
- You are responsible for applicable taxes

6. Content Moderation
6.1 Your Right to Request Removal
You may request removal of specific content if:
- Content misrepresents you in a harmful way
- Technical errors make the content inappropriate
- Content violates community guidelines
- Legal issues arise regarding the content
6.2 Platform Moderation
We reserve the right to remove, edit, or restrict content that violates our community guidelines, contains illegal material, or presents legal/safety concerns.
7. Consent Verification
7.1 Electronic Signature
When you create a FaceCast, you provide an electronic signature that is legally binding. We record: your signature, timestamp, IP address, user agent, and geolocation (if permitted). This creates an audit trail for consent verification.
7.2 Ongoing Consent
Your consent remains active until you explicitly revoke it by deleting your FaceCast. Each time content is generated using your FaceCast, we verify that consent is still active.

9. Warranty and Representations
By providing your FaceCast, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the right to grant these licenses
- The photographs are of you (not someone else)
- You have not transferred rights to your likeness to third parties
- No third-party rights are infringed
- All information provided is accurate and complete
10. Data Protection
Your FaceCast data is protected by:
- Encryption at rest and in transit
- Access controls limiting who can view your data
- Secure storage with regular backups
- Compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy laws
- Audit trails for all FaceCast usage
