Terms of Service

By creating an account, uploading content, or using any part of the Mansion Mayhem platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform.

To participate as a cast member, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
• Not be prohibited from using the service under applicable law
• Reside in a jurisdiction where our service is available

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one active cast member account. Multiple accounts may result in suspension or termination.

4.1 Content Contribution

As a cast member, you agree to respond to scenarios according to your chosen gameplay mode. Responses should be authentic, original, and comply with our Community Guidelines.

4.2 Likeness Rights

By uploading photos (FaceCast) or creating an AI character, you grant us the right to use your likeness in AI-generated video content for the duration of your participation.

4.3 Professional Conduct

While drama is encouraged, you agree to:

• Not engage in illegal activities
• Not harass, threaten, or abuse other cast members outside the platform
• Not share confidential platform information publicly
• Maintain reasonable availability for scenario responses (Manual/Hybrid modes)

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of your original responses, photos, and character descriptions. However, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and create derivative works from your content for the purpose of generating and distributing episodes.

5.2 AI-Generated Content

Episodes and scenes generated by our AI belong to ImmersiVerse OS. You retain the right to earn revenue from content featuring your character per our Revenue Sharing agreement.

5.3 Platform Content

All platform features, designs, code, and branding are proprietary to ImmersiVerse OS and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6.1 FaceCast Technology

Our FaceCast system uses uploaded photos or Sora Cameos authorization to create AI representations of your likeness. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated videos are approximations and may not be 100% accurate
• We use industry-standard AI models and techniques
• Your photos are encrypted and stored securely
• We will not use your FaceCast for purposes outside this platform without consent

6.2 Personality AI

In Hybrid and Full Control modes, AI makes decisions based on your personality profile. You acknowledge that AI responses attempt to match your character but may not perfectly represent your personal views.

7.1 Revenue Structure

Cast members earn revenue from:

• Screen Time: Based on appearance duration in episodes
• Ad Revenue: 60% platform / 40% cast member split
• Tips: 85% cast member / 15% platform split
• Subscriptions: Revenue share on subscriber views

7.2 Payment Terms

Payments are processed monthly via Stripe. Minimum payout is $50 USD. You are responsible for all applicable taxes on your earnings.

7.3 Payment Disputes

Disputes must be reported within 30 days of the payment period. We will investigate and respond within 14 business days.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Submit content containing hate speech, violence, or explicit material
• Attempt to manipulate voting, engagement, or revenue systems
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the platform
• Use bots or automated systems to interact with the platform
• Impersonate other individuals or entities

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of earnings.

9.1 Voluntary Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• You will no longer receive new scenarios
• You continue to earn from existing published episodes
• Your FaceCast and data will be deleted within 30 days
• Unpaid earnings above the minimum threshold will be paid out

9.2 Involuntary Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, fraud, or legal requirements. In cases of serious violations, unpaid earnings may be forfeited.

10.1 No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Specific earnings amounts
• Screen time in episodes
• Viewer engagement or popularity
• Continuous platform availability

10.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IMMERSIVERSEOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

10.3 No Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
